Please make sure you enclose the following items in your parcel:
- Your items for offer, individually bagged, wrapped, and numbered
- A list of the items matched to their corresponding numbers, with a brief description for each.
- Copies of any paperwork you have on the item(s), such as lab reports and appraisals.
- The original boxes, if available.
- Your insured value, for shipping.
- Name, address, phone number, fax number, and email address for your store.
- Your name and/or the name of the person to contact regarding the offer.
We recommend items to be sent via registered and insured US mail. Please visit the United States Postal Service Website at UPS for tips on packing your items for shipping.
If you need to send your items overnight, please follow the guidelines stated by your insurance company. If you require assistance to insure your package, please let us know.
